Apricot Liqueur (15 mL)
, half an ounce of the Earl Grey Tea syrup,
Orange Blossom Water (3 drops)

Sugar Snap Peas (1)
, and
Fresh Mint (1 sprig)

Step 3
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Step 4
Use a fine strainer to strain into a glass rimmed with
Toasted Pumpkin Seed Oil (as needed)
and
Smoked Salt (as needed)
