Step 1
Season the
Flounder Fillets (455 g)
with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
all over and set in a shallow baking dish.
Step 2
Make the sauce by melting the
Butter (60 g)
and then adding
White Wine (60 mL)
, the juice from
Lemon (1)
,
McCormick® Garlic Powder (3 g)
,
Sriracha (7 g)
,
Salt (to taste)
,
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and
Fresh Parsley (3 g)
.
Step 3
Pour the sauce over the flounder fillets, add
Grape Tomatoes (to taste)
(if desired) to the pan around the fish, and broil for 8 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the fish from the oven and plate with the tomatoes. Spoon any sauce over the fish, squeeze fresh lemon juice on top. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
