In a large bowl, combine Fresh Spinach (480 mL), Radicchio (1), Granny Smith Apple (1), Carrots (3), Baby Red Radish (1 bunch), Walnuts (60 g), Canned Chickpeas (150 g) and Scallion (1 bunch).

Add in Sea Salt (1/2 tsp). Toss together excluding avocado.

Whisk together Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (120 mL), Apple Cider Vinegar (2 tsp), Honey (1 Tbsp) and Garlic (1 clove). a small bowl. Give it a taste test. If you like it sweeter, add a touch more honey. If you like more vinegar, add a touch more apple cider vinegar.
