Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine
Stone Ground Mustard (30 g)
and
Dijon Mustard (30 g)
with
Maple Syrup (30 mL)
,
Dried Parsley (1 g)
,
McCormick® Garlic Powder (2 g)
,
Kosher Salt (3 g)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (as needed)
. Mix together thoroughly.
Step 3
Place
Salmon Fillets (680 g)
flesh side up on prepared baking sheet. Pour mustard mixture over the entire salmon filet, spreading it evenly over the entire flesh using a silicone basting brush or the back of a spoon.
Step 4
In another small bowl, combine
Panko Breadcrumbs (50 g)
with the
Kosher Salt (3 g)
,
Ground Black Pepper (as needed)
,
Dried Parsley (1 g)
,
Onion Powder (1 g)
,
McCormick® Garlic Powder (2 g)
, and
Paprika (as needed)
. Stir to combine.
Step 5
Pour seasoned breadcrumbs over the entire salmon filet, pressing them slightly into the mustard mixture so it will stick to the salmon.
Step 6
Drizzle the top of the breadcrumb mixture with
Olive Oil (30 mL)
and place the salmon in the preheated oven to bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Fish is done if it flakes when you cut into it with a fork.
