Step 1
Pit the
Cherries (225 g)
and freeze them.
Step 2
Cut
Bananas (2)
into 1 inch chunks.
Step 3
Place the banana chunks, 1 cup of the cherries and a splash of
Unsweetened Coconut Milk (15 mL)
into blender/food processor and blend until just combined.
Step 4
Add in
Dark Chocolate Chunks (30 g)
and remaining 1/3 of the cherries, pulse until just combined.
Step 5
Serve immediately as this is a soft serve ice cream. Top with shaved dark chocolate, cacao nibs or raw chocolate chips. And enjoy!
