Melt the Bittersweet Chocolate (510 g) and Coconut Oil (240 mL) in a double boiler. Let melt slowly and stir constantly to avoid burning the chocolate. Remove from heat when the chocolate is just fully melted.
step 2
Beat in the Pure Maple Syrup (180 mL), Water (2 Tbsp), Vanilla Extract (2 tsp) and Sea Salt (1/4 tsp).
