Preheat oven to high broil.
Step 2
Place Asparagus (1 pckg) spears on a baking sheet, drizzle with Olive Oil (15 mL) and 1 Tbsp of the Lemon Juice (1) ; season with Sea Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 3
Broil for 4-6 minutes; stirring 2-3 times (adjust according to the thickness of asparagus spears.)
Step 4
During the last minute of cook time sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese (45 g) ; broil to melt.
