In a mixing bowl, mix the Ground Lamb (1 kg), Yellow Onion (1), Garlic (1 clove), Fresh Parsley (to taste), Ground Cumin (2 tsp), Ground Allspice (1 tsp), zest from Lemon (1/8), Breadcrumbs (25 g), and Egg (1).

Season the mix with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Take a tablespoon of the mix, and roll between your hands to make a mini meat ball. Flatten the ball to make a patty, and place it on a plate. Continue on with the rest of the mix.
