Step 1
In a wok or skillet, over medium-high heat, add
Olive Oil (15 mL)
. When the oil shimmers, add
Garlic (2 cloves)
and
Onions (75 g)
. Cook until transparent without burning the garlic.
Step 2
Slowly stir-fry by adding one vegetable type at a time,
Carrots (150 g)
,
Broccoli Florets (175 g)
,
Snow Pea Pods (100 g)
, and
Green Beans (110 g)
,
Celery (150 g)
giving them 1 to 2 minutes in between. Cooking it for more than that will overcook the veggies and result in a dull-colored presentation.
Step 3
Add the
Chinese Noodles (1 packet)
,
Water (240 mL)
,
Sesame Oil (30 mL)
,
Soy Sauce (30 mL)
,
Oyster Sauce (30 mL)
, and the remaining
Olive Oil (15 mL)
. Stir fry all the ingredients until they are all blended and heated through.
Step 4
Serve with a slice of
Lemon (1)
and a sprig of
Fresh Cilantro (to taste)
