Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Place Fresh Blueberries (220 g) , 1/2 Tbsp juice from Lemon (1) , Water (150 mL) and Caster Sugar (35 g) in a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Place Blueberry Yogurt (200 g) , 2 tsp Lemon Juice, Water (50 mL) and Granulated Sugar (4 g) in a cup or bowl and whisk till the sugar dissolves and is combined.
Step 3
Pour alternate layers of the blueberry and blueberry yogurt into popsicle moulds, allowing each layer to freeze for 30 minutes or partially frozen before adding the next layer.
Step 4
Once all the layers are added, insert skewer sticks in the center. Freeze the popsicles for at least few hours or overnight before serving.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
