Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Cook the
Ground Beef (455 g)
and
Yellow Onion (1/2)
in a frying or saute pan over medium heat. Drain any extra grease. Mix in the
McCormick® Taco Seasoning Mix (30 g)
.
Step 3
Add the ground beef to a greased 9-inch baking pie pan. Layer with the
Canned Green Chiles (115 g)
, don't drain the liquid.
Step 4
Evenly layer with half of the
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (115 g)
.
Step 5
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix the
Bisquick® Baking Mix (95 g)
,
Whole Milk (300 mL)
, and
Eggs (2)
.
Step 6
Pour the batter evenly over the layer of cheese in the pie pan.
Step 7
Put the pie in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 8
Remove pie from the oven and layer the rest of the
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (115 g)
. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 9
Rest for 5 minutes. Then top taco pie with
Lettuce (to taste)
,
Tomatoes (to taste)
,
Sour Cream (to taste)
,
Olives (to taste)
, and serve.
