Step 1
In a medium bowl, mash
Fresh Strawberries (450 g)
,
Fresh Mint (8 sprigs)
, and
Granulated Sugar (100 g)
with a muddler. A potato masher will work too. Set aside to macerate for 15-30 minutes.
Step 2
Add
Limes (2)
and muddle again.
Step 3
When ready to serve, transfer the mixture into a large pitcher with
Ice (to taste)
, add
Club Soda (480 mL)
and
White Rum (240 mL)
and stir.
