Place Avocado (1), Coconut Cream (1 can), Agave Syrup (1 Tbsp), Pea Protein Powder (2 Tbsp), Tropeaka Ultra Cleanse (1 Tbsp) in a blender and process until creamy. Then add the Xanthan Gum (1/4 tsp) and fold it in.
