step 1
In the Ziploc bag with Assorted Nuts (565 g), use a rolling pin to roughly mash.
step 2
In a large bowl, combine mixed nuts, Pepitas (75 g), Cheerios® (40 g) and Dried Cranberries (120 g). Mix to combine.
step 3
In a small bowl, add Peanut Butter (320 g), Honey (170 g), Coconut Oil (3 Tbsp), and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp). Use Spatula to mix until combined.
step 4
Pour the peanut butter mixture into the nut mixture. Stir together.
step 5
Spread the mixture evenly on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and use your hand to press down a little bit. Allow the energy bar to sit in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.
step 6
Remove the energy bar from the fridge and cut it into evenly sized bars.
step 7
Serve as your breakfast with milk if desired. Enjoy!
