Step 1
In a saucepan place
Matcha Powder (2 g)

Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (10 g)

Tapioca Starch (8 g)

Agar-Agar Powder (4 g)

Coconut Sugar (30 g)
. Slowly pour in the
Coconut Milk (250 mL)
stirring constantly until all ingredients are well mixed.
Step 2
Bring mixture to a gentle boil, stirring constantly. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from heat, pour into a plate and cover with plastic wrap. Let the pudding cool down completely and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 4
Serve it up with your preferred topping. Enjoy!
