These bratwurst dogs are so simple to make and huge on flavor. They're topped with an amazing, cheesy sauerkraut beer mixture, Dijon and pickles.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Get out a large skillet with deep sides and fill it about 3/4 of the way with water. Bring it to a boil, then boil the Bratwurst (12) in it for about 8 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the bratwurst to a plate and set it aside, then drain the water and melt the Butter (15 g) in the pan.
Step 3
Add the Sauerkraut (1 can) , White Cheddar Cheese (60 g) , and Garlic (1 clove) and let them cook for a minute while you stir.
Step 4
Pour in the Beer (180 mL) and let cook for 5 minutes or so to reduce.
Step 5
Nestle the bratwurst links into the mixture to cook for 5 minutes in the beer and sauerkraut. Meanwhile, toast the Hot Dog Buns (12) .
Step 6
When everything is finished, it's time to assemble. Put a bratwurst link into each bun and spread a little Dijon Mustard (to taste) on each of them. Then scoop a generous scoop of the sauerkraut mixture on each of them, followed by some Dill Pickles (to taste) chips on the very top. Serve them immediately with your favorite sides! Enjoy!
