Line baking sheets with parchment paper, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Sift together the All-Purpose Flour (375 g), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (30 g), Salt (1/2 tsp), Baking Soda (1/4 tsp), and Baking Powder (2 tsp), then set aside.

Cream Butter (1 1/2 sticks) and Granulated Sugar (265 g) until light and creamy.

Add the Large Eggs (3) one at the time, beating well after each egg. Add the Red Food Coloring (2 Tbsp), Milk (2 Tbsp) and Vanilla Extract (2 tsp).
