step 1
In a saucepan, add Fresh Cranberries (300 g), Brown Sugar (110 g), 1 tsp of zest and juice from Oranges (2) and Cinnamon Stick (1). Gently stir over medium heat, or until the sugar is dissolved.
step 2
Increase the temperature slightly and allow mixture to come to a boil. Once boiling, reduce temperature, and let the sauce simmer for 6 to 8 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
step 3
When thick, turn off the heat, remove the cinnamon stick, and set aside to cool for about 15 minutes.
step 4
Transfer cranberry sauce to a cup or dish. Place plastic cling wrap over the cup and press down so that the entire surface of the cranberry sauce directly touches the cling wrap. Chill in the fridge for an hour.
step 5
Serve and enjoy!
