Step 1
Melt the
Butter (15 g)
in a coffee mug in a microwave oven.
Step 2
Add in both
Brown Sugar (20 g)
and
Granulated Sugar (6 g)
. Mix to combine. The mixture will be a bit runny.
Step 3
Add in yolk of the
Egg (1)
,
Creamy Peanut Butter (20 g)
and
Vanilla Extract (1 drop)
.
Step 4
Fold in
All-Purpose Flour (20 g)
. Consistency should be similar to a regular batch of cookies. If batter is too thin, add a bit more flour.
Step 5
Mix in
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (15 g)
.
Step 6
Bake in the microwave for 1 minute.
Step 7
Let stand for 2 minutes (the cookie will continue to cook as it cools). Top with ice cream and watch it melt into your cookie. Now grab a spoon and dig in!
