Melt Unsalted Butter (1 Tbsp) in a medium size saucepan. Add Walnuts (125 g) and Honey (3 Tbsp) and stir until fragrant and thickened, about 3 to 4 minutes. Spread out on parchment paper or lightly sprayed foil to cool.

Mix all ingredients including Chicken (480 mL), Dijon Mustard (1 tsp), juice from Lemon (1), Mayonnaise (115 g), Dried Cranberries (60 g), Walnuts (60 g), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) in a medium bowl and chill.
