Author's Notes

To make sure there are no cracks, bake in a water bath. Don’t open the oven door while baking. Leave in the oven for one hour after you turn the oven off. And always cool a cheesecake to room temperature before refrigerating or you will trap in condensation and make it soggy.

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Grease a 9-inch spring form pan, press the Nestle® Pecan Turtle Delight Cookie Dough (455 g) evenly onto the bottom and bake approximately 15 minutes or until brown on edges. Completely cool on a wire rack.

Place Rolo® Chocolate Candies (15) on the cooled cookie crust.

Mix the Cream Cheese (225 g), Greek Yogurt (225 g), Granulated Sugar (100 g), Egg (1), and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) with a hand mixer and pour over the cookie crust.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until lightly brown on the edges, then cool completely.

Chop up the Rolo® Chocolate Candies (95 g), Dark Chocolate Chips (2 Tbsp), and White Chocolate Chips (2 Tbsp).

Top the cheesecake with Whipped Topping (225 g), chopped caramel cups and chocolate chips, and Dulce de Leche (to taste).

Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
