Make your shrub by chopping or slicing your Mandarin Oranges (4), Grapefruit (1), Satsumas (2), and Blood Orange (1) and combining it in a bowl with Granulated Sugar (200 g). Mash together.

Cover and let sit 1-2 days. After 1-2 days, strain the liquid out and mix with Champagne Vinegar (240 mL).

Combine 1 part Botanical Gin (to taste) and 2 parts shrub in a punch bowl. Top with Oranges (to taste).
