Cook Brown Rice (370 g) according to the package instructions.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Mix cooked brown rice, Nut Milk (360 mL), Walnuts (60 g), Banana (1), Brown Rice Syrup (4 Tbsp), Pure Vanilla Extract (2 tsp), Ground Nutmeg (1/2 tsp), Ground Cinnamon (2 tsp), Ground Ginger (1 tsp), Ground Cloves (1/4 tsp), and Sweet Potato Purée (330 g) in a large mixing bowl.

Grease a 8x8-inch baking dish using Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp). Pour mixture into baking dish.

Bake rice pudding for 35 to 45 minutes.
