Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Remove the stems from the Shiitake Mushrooms (455 g) and scoop the inside out. Mince until they become small pieces.

In a medium bowl, combine Cream Cheese (225 g), minced stems, Garlic (2 cloves), Italian Seasoning (1 tsp), Salt (1/4 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1/8 tsp). Mix until well combined.

In a small bowl, mix together the Grated Parmesan Cheese (4 Tbsp) and Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs (25 g).

Set up a parchment-lined baking sheet on the side, use a teaspoon to stuff the mushrooms with cream cheese mixture, and place them on the baking sheet. Top with panko mixture.

Bake for 10-15 minutes.

Garnish with Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp), if desired, and serve.
