Core and thinly slice Red Cabbage (1/2) and Green Cabbage (1/2). Thinly slice the Fuji Apple (1). Add to a large bowl.

In a smaller bowl, combine the Grated Parmesan Cheese (50 g), Mayonnaise (4 Tbsp), Apple Cider Vinegar (2 Tbsp), Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp), Salt (1/4 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp).

In the large bowl, toss together the cabbage, apple slices, Dried Cranberries (60 g), and Slivered Almonds (55 g).

Toss the dressing into the salad.
