To make the blueberry syrup, in a small saucepan combine the Fresh Blueberries (150 g), Honey (2 Tbsp), and Water (4 Tbsp) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and mash the berries and simmer for 5 minutes.

Run the mixture through fine sieve to remove pulp. Set aside to let cool. This will yield about 2/3 cup of blueberry syrup.

In another small saucepan, bring Water (240 mL) to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in Granulated Sugar (200 g). This yields about 1-1/2 cups of simple syrup.

In a large pitcher, combine the juice from Lemons (5), simple syrup and blueberry syrup.
