Author's Notes

Makes 16 servings. Serve this Raspberry Dip with Ritz crackers, for optimal yumminess. Other dipping options: tortilla chips, carrots, celery sticks, pita wedges, pretzels, Wheat Thins, or Triscuits. To slim down the recipe, replace half or all of the mayo with Greek vanilla yogurt. For a nut-free dish, omit the pecans.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the Sharp Cheddar Cheese (225 g) , Mayonnaise (230 g) , Pecans (100 g) , and Scallions (1 bunch) . Mix well.
Step 2
Spread evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Spread the Raspberry Preserves (1 jar) over the top in an even layer. Chill for a minimum of one hour before serving.
Step 3
Serve with Ritz® Crackers (2 pckg) and enjoy!
