Put All-Purpose Flour (125 g), Caster Sugar (60 g), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (2 Tbsp) into a mixing bowl and mix it together. Make a well in the center and add Milk (4 Tbsp), Butter (50 g), Egg (1) mix together until smooth.

Put the batter in a ziploc bag and force it to one corner, snipe of the corner. Take a donut tray and pipe the batter into each donut mold. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) and cook for about 20 minutes. Allow the donuts to cool for 5 minutes in the tin then transfer them to a wire rack to cool off completely.

Put Chocolate (100 g), Whipping Cream (120 mL) in a bowl and put it into the microwave oven for 30 seconds, then give it a stir and give it another 30 seconds, repeat until it's melted. Set it aside for 30 minutes to cool off.
