In a medium bowl, whisk together Bread Flour (205 g), Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp), Cream of Tartar (1/2 tsp), and Sea Salt (1/4 tsp). Set aside.

In a smaller bowl, mix together Almond Milk (180 mL), Soda Water (4 Tbsp), Apple Sauce (3 Tbsp), and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp).
