Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Place washed Grapes (1.4 kg) on a shallow baking pan and drizzle with a small amount of Olive Oil (as needed). Roast for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven, slice Burrata Cheese (340 g), and place on toast. Return toast to the oven and heat until cheese just starts to melt.
