Place Chickpeas (1 can) in a medium bowl and mash with a fork or potato masher, leaving some chunks of peas.
Step 2
Add in the Celery (75 g) , Chopped Pecans (55 g) , Dried Cranberries (60 g) , Capers (8 g) , McCormick® Garlic Powder (3 g) , and Vegan Mayonnaise (30 g) . Add in more mayo for a creamier salad. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 3
Pile salad on Bread (to taste) and top with your favorite toppings.
