Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a mixing jug, add Eggs (4), Caster Sugar (4 Tbsp) and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp).

Then add in Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp), Milk (480 mL), and Cream (300 mL). Whisk together until mixture is smooth.

Cut White Sandwich Bread (8 slices) in half diagonally and slather both sides with Butter (50 g).

Assemble them in a lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle over half of the Sultanas (110 g), another layer of bread, and then the remaining sultanas.

Pour custard mixture over top. Sprinkle with Caster Sugar (1 Tbsp). Leave on counter for 10-15 minutes.

Bake at for 30 minutes, or until custard has set and is lightly golden on top.

Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
