Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a mixing bowl, add Golden Delicious Apples (5), Granulated Sugar (65 g), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) and All-Purpose Flour (2 Tbsp). Mix together until apples are coated.

In another mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (155 g), Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (90 g), Brown Sugar (145 g), Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp), and Salt (1/4 tsp). Stir together. Add Butter (180 mL) and mix with fingers until mixture has the texture of breadcrumbs.

Pour apples into a baking dish. Top with the oat mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown.

Allow to cool slightly. Serve and enjoy!
