Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a sauce pan, heat up the Granulated Sugar (200 g) until it turns into a deep brown liquid.

Into a blender blend together Eggs (5), Evaporated Milk (355 mL), zest and juice from Orange (1), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), and Sweetened Condensed Milk (395 g).

Inside a baking dish, pour the mixture over the sugar. And cover everything with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven under 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 50 minutes.
