Step 1
Stir the
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (90 g)
,
Milk (120 mL)
,
Vanilla Greek Yogurt (1 carton)
,
Ground Flaxseed (10 g)
, and
Ground Cinnamon (1 g)
together thoroughly in a big mixing bowl. Divide the mixture evenly among two mason jars.
Step 2
Then stir the
Mascarpone Cheese (55 g)
and
Honey (40 g)
together until smooth and divide that among the two jars on top of the oat mixture. Finally, spoon half of the
Fig Jam (215 g)
into each jar on the very top. Seal the mason jars and refrigerate them overnight.
Step 3
Serve in the morning or take it on the go!
