Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease donuts pan. In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: All-Purpose Flour (250 g), Salt (1/4 tsp), Baking Powder (1 Tbsp) and Pumpkin Pie Spice (2 tsp). In a large bowl, add Butter (90 mL), Caster Sugar (90 g), Brown Sugar (4 Tbsp), Large Egg (1) and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) and mix with a whisk or hand electric mixer until everything is well blended.

Add the dry ingredients, mix it just to get it combined then add Apple Cider (240 mL) and mix very well until there is no visible flour. Add donut batter into a large piping bag or ziplock bag. Snip the end and pip it in the donut pan about three fourths of the way up. Bake for ten to twelve minutes.

Allow donuts to cool completely. In the meantime, make the donuts glaze; in a bowl mix Powdered Confectioners Sugar (220 g) Pumpkin Pie Spice (1/2 tsp) and Apple Cider (4 Tbsp). Once donuts are cooled, dip the bottom in the glaze. The glaze hardens as it sets.
