Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Cook
Penne Pasta (1 box)
according to packaging instructions.
Step 3
Over medium heat, sauté the
Onion (1)

Carrots (2)
, and
Celery (2 stalks)
in
Olive Oil (as needed)
.
Step 4
Once the vegetables are soft and your noodles are finished, toss together with the
Chicken (480 mL)
.
Step 5
In a microwave-safe bowl, add your
Laughing Cow Swiss Cheese Wedges (1 pckg)
and
Light Sour Cream (225 g)
. Mix and microwave for 30 seconds. Mix once again and add in the
Frank's® RedHot® Buffalo Sauce (to taste)
.
Step 6
Mix your sauce into the pasta. Top with
Shredded Light Mozzarella Cheese (225 g)
and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Step 7
Garnish with
Scallions (15 g)
and serve. Enjoy!
