Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven on Convection Bake mode at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). In a medium bowl, use a whisk to combine All-Purpose Flour (125 g), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp), and Salt (1/8 tsp) together.

In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to cream together the Unsalted Butter (110 g), Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp), and Brown Sugar (110 g).

In the same bowl, add Egg (1) and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp). Use a spatula to mix until combined.

Stir in flour mixture, and mix until just combined. Don’t over mix the dough.

Gently fold in the Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips (4 Tbsp) and Dark Chocolate Chunks (60 g). Mix until combined.

Spread the cookie dough into an oil-sprayed skillet. Sprinkle chocolate chips and chunks on top. Bake on the middle rack for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Sea Salt Flakes (1/2 tsp). Allow the cookie to cool for 5-10 minutes.

Serve warm with Vanilla Ice Cream (to taste) if desired.
