In a small bowl mix Hoisin Sauce (30 mL) , Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (15 mL) , Orange Juice (30 mL) , and Fresh Ginger (2 g) .
Step 2
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add Carrots (6) to soften them slightly, about 30 seconds. Remove from water and let sit until cool enough to handle.
