In a large bowl, combine Honey Bunches of Oats® Honey Roasted (50 g), Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (65 g), Dried Cranberries (80 g), Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (50 g), Medium Grind Bulgur Wheat (75 g), Sunflower Kernels (4 Tbsp) and Pepitas (4 Tbsp). Combine Honey (170 g) and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil, stirring frequently for five minutes.

Press granola mixture into pan, using the bottom of a clean cup to really pack it tightly. Set in refrigerator or freezer for 10 to 20 minutes to cool and harden.
