Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Spray large skillet with
Coconut Oil Cooking Spray (as needed)
and heat over medium heat.
Step 2
Once skillet is hot, lay out
Bread (8 slices)
and top four with
Aged Cheddar Cheese (4 slices)
. You may need to do this in batches depending on skillet size.
Step 3
Top the remaining four pieces of bread with
Fresh Baby Spinach (30 g)
and
Avocado (1)
. Cook 3-4 minutes, or until cheese begins to melt and bread is golden brown underneath.
Step 4
Meanwhile, heat separate skillet over medium-low heat, coat with coconut oil cooking spray, and add
Organic Eggs (4)
, keeping separate from one another if possible. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until eggs are cooked to your liking.
Step 5
Sprinkle eggs and avocado with a light layer of
Salt (to taste)
,
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
,
Smoked Paprika (to taste)
, and
Ground Turmeric (to taste)
.
Step 6
Assemble sandwiches by adding cooked eggs to the four slices of bread with spinach and avocado, then top with the other four pieces of bread with melted aged cheddar cheese.
