Add Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) to a large pot over medium heat. Add Garlic (1 clove) and cook for a few minutes, until it begins to turn golden. Add warmed Vegetable Broth (1.2 L) and Red Lentils (180 g). Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes, or until lentils are soft.
