In a large bowl, combine Ground Pork (455 g) and Ground Beef (455 g). Add Italian Seasoning (1/2 tsp). Mix well using a non-latex glove.

Saute the Carrots (150 g), Celery (150 g), White Onions (160 g) and Garlic (4 cloves) in Butter (2 Tbsp) under medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Add the meat mixture into the pan. Turn up the heat, to medium-high, and saute until meat is fully cooked.

Transfer the veggie and meat mixture into a large pot or crockpot.

Add the Canned Crushed Tomatoes (2 cans), Canned Diced Tomatoes (1 can), Tomato Paste (2 Tbsp), Red Wine (240 mL), Brown Sugar (3 Tbsp), Fresh Parsley (4 Tbsp), Bay Leaves (2), Italian Seasoning (1 tsp) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) into the pot. Stir to combine.

Let simmer for at least 4 hours, about 8 hours is best. If cooking on stovetop, stir occasionally. Cover, but leave lid slightly open. Serve and enjoy!
