Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Blend Shallots (2) , Fresh Ginger (1 cm) , Garlic (3 cloves) , Lemongrass (2 stalks) , and Peanut Oil (30 mL) in a food processor or blender.
Step 2
Pour mixture over Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (905 g) .
Step 3
Add Ground Coriander (2 g) , Ground Cumin (2 g) , Ground Turmeric (4 g) , Brown Sugar (25 g) , and Salt (6 g) .
Step 4
Give the chicken a good massage to get all those spices in there.
Step 5
Let it marinade for at least 2 hours; up to overnight, in the fridge.
Step 6
Soak the bamboo skewers for at least 1 hour before using.
Step 7
Put the chicken on the skewers about 3 little pieces per skewer.
Step 8
Grill over high heat until very slightly charred on the outside.
Step 9
Serve with roughly chopped cucumber, red onion, and your favorite peanut sauce and enjoy!
