Optional Add-Ins: chopped plums, chopped pears, sliced oranges.

For added fancy, combine a spoonful of cinnamon and sugar. Dip the rim of your serving glasses into the sangria, then dip it in the cinnamon-sugar mix before pouring in the sangria.

In a large pitcher, combine Apples (2), Pomegranate Seeds (45 g), Cinnamon Sticks (4), Dry White Wine (1 bottle), Apple Cider (720 mL), and Apricot Brandy (4 Tbsp). If you have time, set the pitcher in the fridge for a few hours to allow flavors to blend.
