Step 1
In a large pitcher, combine
Apples (2)

Pomegranate Seeds (45 g)

Cinnamon Sticks (4)
,
Dry White Wine (1 bottle)
,
Apple Cider (720 mL)
, and
Apricot Brandy (60 mL)
. If you have time, set the pitcher in the fridge for a few hours to allow flavors to blend.
Step 2
Just before serving, add
Soda Water (240 mL)
to the pitcher. Serve garnished with a cinnamon stick.
