Author's Notes

Optional Add-Ins: chopped plums, chopped pears, sliced oranges. For added fancy, combine a spoonful of cinnamon and sugar. Dip the rim of your serving glasses into the sangria, then dip it in the cinnamon-sugar mix before pouring in the sangria.

Step 1
In a large pitcher, combine Apples (2) , Pomegranate Seeds (45 g) , Cinnamon Sticks (4) , Dry White Wine (1 bottle) , Apple Cider (720 mL) , and Apricot Brandy (60 mL) . If you have time, set the pitcher in the fridge for a few hours to allow flavors to blend.
Step 2
Just before serving, add Soda Water (240 mL) to the pitcher. Serve garnished with a cinnamon stick.
