Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Remove Brie Cheese Round (225 g) from box, and slice off the top of the brie.
Step 3
Place brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Step 4
Add Fresh Blueberries (170 g) , Red Wine (120 mL) and Granulated Sugar (8 g) to a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, turn off heat and allow to reduce.
Step 5
Carefully place brie to a serving platter and top with blueberry reduction. Service with your favorite Crackers (to taste) . Enjoy!
