In a blender, mix together Dried Chickpeas (400 g) , Avocado (1) , Salt (to taste) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (45 mL) , the juice from Lemon (1) , Roasted Cumin Powder (as needed) , Water (60 mL) , Fresh Cilantro (15 g) , and Garlic (1 clove) .
Step 2
Slice 1 wedge out of the Lemon (1) and serve with the Tortilla Chips (to taste) .
