Start off by rinsing the Dried Chickpeas (250 g) under clean filtered water. Place them in a bowl, cover with Salt (to taste) and let them soak for 8-12 hours or overnight

Rinse again and place the chickpeas in a large pot, adding enough water to cover them, as well as Salt (to taste) and Green Tea Leaves (2 Tbsp).

Bring to a simmer, cover with a lid and let cook for about 1.5 hours or until beans are tender. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Cook the Oat Groats (170 g) in boiling water, then drain and dress with a drizzle of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (3 Tbsp). And in a separate pot do the same with the Brown Rice (185 g).
