To use the dry rub, apply 2 Tbsp of seasoning mix for 1 lb chicken wings. For a better result, add baking powder to the mix with a 1:2 ratio. For baked wings that will be coated in a sauce, use a 2:1:3 ratio for seasoning mix: Baking Powder: Flour, for the crispiest wings.

In a small mixing bowl, add the Dark Brown Sugar (3 Tbsp), Smoked Paprika (3 Tbsp), Coarse Salt (3 Tbsp), Garlic Powder (2 Tbsp), Onion Powder (2 Tbsp), Ground Black Pepper (1 Tbsp), Baking Powder (105 mL), and All-Purpose Flour (165 g) together and mix well. Store in an air-tight container for up to 6 months in a cool, dry place.
